Ingredients
- 300 g Orinocense flour
- 150 g sweetener
- 2 tbsp powdered stevia
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Orange zest
- 140 g cassava flour
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add the yolks, orange zest, and sweetener, and mix well.
- Then add the cassava flour, Orinocense flour, and orange juice.
- Finally, add the baking soda and mix until smooth.
- Grease a baking pan, pour in the mixture, and bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden, about 25 minutes.
- Let it cool before removing from the mold.
- Decorate with powdered stevia and shredded coconut.
- Ready to serve.
