Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of bacon
  • 1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Cook the mushrooms for 20 minutes, then remove the center part to make space for the filling.
  • Cook the chicken breasts and shred them.
  • Lightly fry the bacon in a skillet.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing the shredded chicken, bacon, red and green bell peppers, and season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
