  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • Buffalo cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ onion
  • ½ bell pepper
  • Cumin to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

     
  • Cook the sweet potatoes and carrots until soft enough to mash.
  • Then add all the remaining ingredients, finely chopped.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties with your hands and bake at 200°C (392°F) until golden and crispy on both sides, about 15 minutes.
