Preparation
- Cook the sweet potatoes and carrots until soft enough to mash.
- Then add all the remaining ingredients, finely chopped.
- Shape the mixture into small patties with your hands and bake at 200°C (392°F) until golden and crispy on both sides, about 15 minutes.
