Ingredients
- ½ cup flaxseed flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 fresh egg whites
- 3 whole fresh eggs
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- ½ glass of water
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Mix the coconut flour, flaxseed flour, and baking soda.
- Add the remaining ingredients and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 °C.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Enjoy.
