Ingredients
- 4 large mushrooms
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of bacon
- 1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Herbs to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the mushrooms for 20 minutes, then remove the center part to make space for the filling.
- Cook the chicken breasts and shred them.
- Lightly fry the bacon in a skillet.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the shredded chicken, bacon, red and green bell peppers, and season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
