Paleo

Definición de paleo

Paleo is a term used to refer to the diet and lifestyle based on the eating habits of our Paleolithic ancestors.

This way of eating is characterized by the consumption of primarily natural and unprocessed foods such as lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

The main goal of following a paleo diet is to mimic the way our ancestors ate, avoiding modern foods like dairy products, refined grains, added sugars, and processed foods.

In addition to nutrition, the paleo lifestyle also promotes regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and stress reduction.
