10 #OkNutriWhite Steps to Transform Your Life

We recommend 10 steps to transform your life by recovering your health through an #OkNutriWhite lifestyle:

1. Plan ahead what you’re going to eat.

This relieves the stress of having to spend extra time in the morning wondering, “What will I eat today? What do I feel like eating? What can I make with what I have?” Without a plan, you're more likely to grab something convenient that won’t do you any good—and that’s often more expensive too.

2. Buy real, natural food—minimally processed.

Try to apply this rule to at least 70% of what you buy. That way you avoid excess chemicals, pesticides, and genetically modified products.

3. Eat three meals a day—and always include protein.

Especially at breakfast. Studies show people who eat a full breakfast with enough protein and have three complete meals feel less anxious about sweets in the afternoon and evening. Usually, skipping breakfast makes us irritable and low on energy.

4. Stay away from sodas and processed sugars.

Beyond the numerous studies confirming health risks and the addictive nature of sugar, it leaves us tired, bloated, regretful, and moody. Try getting your sweet fix from natural sources like fruit and honey.

5. Say goodbye to foods that cause you sensitivities.

It's important to know which foods cause sensitivity for each person. NutriWhite research found that yeast, wheat, and cow’s dairy were the most common triggers. Removing these specific foods can dramatically improve your health, leaving you less inflamed, healthier, and happier. Replace them with foods your body tolerates—like tubers (yam, sweet potato), legumes, and plant-based milks like coconut or almond.
This is part of the 3R Protocol: Remove, Replenish, Recover.

6. Eat fruits and vegetables daily.

There’s a strange myth that fruit is harmful if eaten in the afternoon or evening due to sugar content. On the contrary, fruits are high in fiber, contain less sugar than many "diet bars," and offer great benefits to your body.

7. Don’t be afraid of natural fats.

Avocados, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil—even butter—contain good fats essential for healthy cell membranes, especially in the brain. Be wary of industrial fats from grains like corn or soy.

8. Hydration.

Water, water, and more water. NutriWhite and many specialists recommend drinking a glass of water right after waking up. It oxygenates and activates your brain and immune system, helps eliminate toxins produced while sleeping, and boosts your energy.

9. Listen to your body.

If you have headaches, stomachaches, fatigue, or bloating, try identifying which foods could be triggering those symptoms. Pay attention to your body’s signs and what you’ve eaten in the past 72 hours.

10. Move, enjoy, and laugh!

Last but equally important: move at least 150 minutes a week, enjoy your daily life, and laugh out loud.
