5 steps to achieve a successful pregnancy

According to the WHO, infertility is a public health issue that currently affects more than 40 million couples worldwide. And it seems that the number is increasing. Could it be related to our current lifestyle?

If you’ve been on this page before or follow us on social media, you know that stress can be an important factor in hormonal imbalance in women.
This stress—both psychological and biological—can disrupt your hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. In other words, cortisol will prevent your hypothalamus from sending the signal to your pituitary gland to produce the hormones responsible for ovulation and fertilization (Soledad Gualdrás, 2021).

And if that biological stress comes from a leaky gut, you may have deficiencies in specific micronutrients that should help you maintain a healthy pregnancy and reduce the risk of miscarriage.

Below we share 5 steps to help you improve your fertility:

Step One: Apply the 3R Protocol of Immunonutrition to Heal Leaky Gut

Your gut is the entry point—not only does it digest and absorb the micronutrients we’ll detail below, but it is also the main hub of your immune system, as 80% of your body’s defenses are located there. If you follow a gut-friendly and easy-to-digest diet, nutrient absorption will improve.
In this article, we detail the 3Rs of NutriWhite that you can start applying today.

Step Two: Identify and Remove Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity as a Cause of Miscarriage

One of the most common causes of leaky gut is non-celiac gluten sensitivity. When it causes inflammation and gut permeability, it disrupts your hormones, including your female hormones.
You can take genetic tests to identify this.

Below we share some studies:

Step Three: Identify 5 MTHFR

The 5 MTHFR is the gene responsible for transporting dietary folate to your receptors so you can absorb it. However, if you have a mutation or SNP in this gene, it will be difficult for you to absorb this vitamin in its synthetic form, that is: folic acid.

The active form of this vitamin is folinic acid or 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5 MTHF). This vitamin is also KEY when it comes to conception and maintaining a pregnancy.

The following studies will provide you with more information:

Step Four: Evaluate the Thyroid as a Cause of Miscarriages

Thyroid hormones control various functions of your metabolism. In addition to your body weight, they regulate your temperature, mood, bowel movements, and certain functions of your female hormones.

The following studies will provide you with more information:

Step Five: High-Dose CoQ10 for Egg Quality

Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10, a powerful antioxidant that is also key to improving the quality of your eggs.

The following studies will provide you with more information:
